What follows is a set of photographs capturing five cocktails at one of Vancouver’s favorite bars.
Our hosts on the bar were Liana Madera and Adam Domet. Domet also happens to be their new Head Bartender since the departure of Chris Enns to The Botanist. Diamond emphasizes the collaborative efforts of their bar. If you ask any of their staff who created a drink on the given menu, their reply is that ‘we work as a team, they are all of our drinks’.
Diamond is a high-volume cocktail bar. Their set up honed by years of heavy service. At all times, they have two bartenders on their main well.
