1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Campari
1 oz Yellow plum and oregano preserve* (Comment for recipe)
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz rock candy syrup
Combine Remy and preserve in mixing glass and stir to dissolve preserve.
Add remaining ingredients to mixing glass, add ice and shake.
Double strain into cocktail glass of choice.
Garnish with Lemon zest and oregano
