2 Parts Maker’s Mark

1 Part Lillet Rose

1/2 Part Antica Formula Vermouth

Fresh apricots

1/4 Part honey syrup

1/4 Part lemon juice

Dash Angostura Bitters

 Muddle apricots with honey. Add lemon juice, bourbon, lillet and bitters. Shake and single strain over crushed ice. Float Vermouth on top of cocktail.
