2 parts Campari
1.5 parts Cinzano Bianco
1 barspoon Nanking Cherry Preserve (see recipe below)
2 dashes Acid Phosphate
4 drops Divine Bitters Black Lime & Juniper
2 parts Carbonated Mineral Water
Add preserve into base of rocks glass, dash phosphate, add Campari & Cinzano and stir to combine. Add ice, add soda, stir and drop bitters. Garnish with something cute.
