3 parts Ardbeg 10 year

2 parts Fresh Pineapple Juice

2 parts Rhubarb Puree

4 fresh sage leaves

2 Dashes Victoria Bitters Black Pepper

Burnt Grapefruit peal

Add scotch, juice, puree, bitters and leaves into Boston glass. Shake hard, single strain into chilled martini glass and burn grapefruit peal over pineapple froth.
