Carrot Daiquiri

2 Parts Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

1 Part Luxardo Maraschino

2 Parts Carrot Puree*

1/2 Part Lime juice

Dash Angostura Bitters

 In a shaker, add all ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
