4 parts Mount Gay eclipse Rum
1 part Agave Nectar (1:1)
2 parts Water
4 dashes Fee Brothers Mint Bitters
2 cubes Compressed CO2 (Dry Ice, Food Grade)
3 fresh mint leaves
Add rum, agave, 1/2 water and bitter in glass, stir well to combine. Add CO2, dash water, top with ice and stir add mint leaves on top.
