Barrel Aged 3 months
5 parts Hudson Baby Whiskey
2 parts Loose Leaf Black Dragon Oolong Tea infused with fresh Madagascar vanilla bean, cinnamon & nutmeg (Cold pressed 6 hours, very concentrated)
2 parts Lucky Bastard Cherry Distillate
1/2 part Green Walnut Liqueur
Ample Angostura Aromatic Bitters, to taste.
Combine ingredients in stirring vessel. Stir thoroughly, but do not dilute with ice, or water. Place mixture in resealable bottle. Insert one stave of nicely charred American oak. Allow up to three months to age.
Service: Stir with ice, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with orange oil, from peel. Discard the peel.
Cold press of the tea results in a high concentration without excessive amounts of tannins.
