“Cóctel Ancho”

Coctel Ancho

2 parts El Señorio anejo mezcal
1 part tamarind ancho and kaffir lime purée
1 part 1:1 coconut raw sugar syrup
juice of 1/2 key lime
Roasted cayenne coconut rim
Ancho chili garnish
Add purée, syrup, and mezcal with lime juice and hard shake with ice.
Double strain into rimmed cocktail glass.
Garnish with chili
