“Bloody Valentine Sour”

1 part G’Vine Nouaison Gin
1 part Pacific Rim Framboise
1 part Cinnamon Lemon Oil Syrup
1 part Lime Juice
1 egg white
2 heavy dashes Bittered Sling Moondog bitters

Method:
Syrup is 6:4 sugar to water, with a healthy amount of fresh grated cinnamon and oil from three lemon peels, per litre.
Combine all ingredients in shaker, dry shake to emulsify, hard shake with ice and then double strain over ice in a rocks glass. Enjoy with a joyful heart.
