3 parts Mount Gay XO
1 part Cointreau
1 part Lemon Juice
2 parts Zingiber Ginger Coconut infused raw sugar syrup
2 black mission Figs
1 egg white

Add figs to mixing Glass and muddle, add Mount Gay and muddle again to combine. Add Cointreau, lemon, tea syrup, and egg white. Dry shake all ingredients, add ice and shake again. Double strain into glass. Garnish with brulee’d fig
