“Bitumen Bubble”

A hurtin’ Albertan Cable Car
4 parts Champagne
3 parts Gosling Black Seal Rum
1 part Cointreau
1 part fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Fernet Branca
Dash of Angostura Aromatic bitters

Method:
Combine all ingredients, except bubbly, into shaker, add ice, shake hard and double strain into large flute glass. Top with Champagne, stir and serve. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
