“Hacienda Heat”


Hacienda Heat

4 Parts Patron Reposado
1 Part farm clover honey
1 part lemon juice
1/8th chili
4 basil leaves
1 vile Bittered Sling Orange and juniper bitters

Add basil and chili to mixing glass and muddle, add tequila and honey then stir to dissolve honey. Add lemon juice and bitters, then ice and shake. Double strain into champagne flute. Garnish with chili and smacked basil.
