2 Parts Belvedere Vodka
1 Part Cinzano Bianco Vermouth
First, place a clean, polished martini glass into your freezer and leave for an hour. In a mixing glass add Belvedere & Vermouth. Using lots of ice, stir for a minute minimum to ensure that the cocktail is very cold. Double fine strain into the frozen glass. Using the skin side of a fresh lemon, squeeze over the cocktail as to release the essential oils.
