2 parts Martell VSOP Cognac

2 parts Xtabentun (Mexican liqueur made from anise, honey and rum)

1 part honey water (1:1)

dash Aztec chocolate bitters

juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine juice with all ingreidients in Boston glass, shake over ice and strain into Collins glass on the rocks
