“Essence Aviation”


2 parts Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
2 parts No.3 Gin
2 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
2 parts Simple Syrup (1:1)
1/2 part Soho (Olive oil infused)
1/2 part Luxardo Maraschino
3 drops Rose Water

Add ingredients without rose water to French 2 piece shaker (or any), add ice an shake till very cold, double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Drop rose water on thin lemon slice and flip into glass.
