“Beet root Lemonade”

4 parts Stoli Elit Vodka
4 parts Beet Reduction
2 parts Kalamansi juice
1 part simple syrup

Muddle 2 lemon wedges with simple syrup (1:1) add vodka, beets and kalamansi. Shake over ice and double strain into rocks glass with ice, garnish with lemon rind. **Reduction – puree 1 cup poached beets with sugar and lemon juice then reduce on stovetop till desired consistancy.
