“A Black Strap Sour”

4 parts Cruzan Black Strap Rum
1 part fresh lime juice
3/4 part agave nectar (1:1)
3 black berries
2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
4 drop Kale and Nori Moondog bitters
Dash egg white
Ardbeg Scotch wash

Wash glad with 5 ml of Ardbeg Scotch,
Add berries, agave, and juice to Boston glass, muddle, add rum and bitters. Dash egg white, shake vigorously, single strain into washed chilled coupe.
