1 part agave nectar (1:1 with water)
1 part fresh lime juice
4 parts Belvedere Vodka
2 bar spoons raspberry coulees (blend 500 ml raspberries with 20 g pectin and 1.5 cups of agave nectar. Rest & Refrigerate)
3 drops rose water
Combine all ingredients but rose water in a rocks glass. Stir well with ice. Drop rose water on top of ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Simple, easy, delicious.
