1 part Canadian Club Dock 57 Spiced Whisky
1 part Writers Tears Irish Whiskey
2 barspoons Cherry Heering
1 part Cinnamon Simple Syrup
1/2 part Lime Juice
4 heavy dashes Angostura Aromatic bitters
Porter, or Stout, to taste
Combine all ingredients, except beer, in shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Dirty strain, over ice, in a 12oz mason jar. Float Porter, or Stout, on top. Garnish with lemon twist. Pray to the god of salty dogs for calm seas.
