“Kentucky Bourbon Sour”

2 1/2 parts Makers Mark
3/4 part Campari
2 1/5 parts fresh lemon juice
1 part Cassia bark syrup (boil equal parts bark, water, and sugar)
1 egg white
1/2 slice Maya’s homemade pickled lemon (slice, salt, and preserve lemon for 1 week)
2 dashes Fee Brothers whiskey barrel aged bitters
Pinch of wood smoked salt

Dry shake all ingredients except smoked salt. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Double strain and pour into coupe glass. Top with smoked salt
