“Desert Rose”


5.5 parts Grey Goose L’orange Vodka
0.5 parts Aperol
6 parts Tangerine juice
1.5 Shiso Oba leaves
1 bar spoon Orange blossom water
1.5 parts Shiso simple syrup (Shiso leaf, rice vinegar, water, sugar)
2 dashes Angustura Bitters

Muddle Shiso leaves in the shaker. Add ice and all ingredients. Shake and double strain. Pour into a rock glass. Garnish with fresh tangerine and Shiso leaf.
