“Plum Sherbet”


2oz Prugna Liqueur
1/2oz Pimento Dram
3/4oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Plum Bitters
1 Egg white

Add all ingredients and dry shake, add ice and hard shake, double strain into a coupe, garnish with a sprayed orange zest! BANG
