“Blackberry Rum Sour”


2 parts Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
5-6 Fresh Blackberries
Juice of half a lemon
1 egg white
4-5 dashes cinnamon & clove bitters
Dash of honey syrup

Muddle blackberries, then add the rest of ingredients into a mixing glass. Dry shake to emulsify the egg white, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into glass with ice.
