“Spiced Apple Sparkler”

¾ part Anaheim pepper syrup
4 healthy dashes of Baked Apple bitters
6 parts Moet & Chandon Champagne

Combine syrup, bitters and 3 parts of the champagne into flute. Give a gentle mix as to not disrupt the bubbles but mix in the syrup and then top with the rest of Champagne. Garnish with skewered Anaheim pepper slice or apple slice.
