1 part Hennessy Cognac Black
½ part Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth
2 fennel bulb thin slices
1 orange slices
4 parts ginger beer
Gently crush the fennel and orange slices add liquor, ice, and 2 parts ginger beer. Swizzle, and then top with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with fennel frond. A refreshing sipper!
